OCIA for Adults

OCIA for Adults is designed for individuals 18 years of age and older who have graduated from high school and wish to become Catholic. Whether you have never been baptized, were baptized in another Christian tradition, or are a baptized Catholic who has not yet received First Holy Communion and Confirmation, OCIA provides a path to full initiation into the Catholic Church.

Through prayer, study, discussion, and participation in the life of the parish, participants deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith. The process offers an opportunity to explore the teachings, traditions, and sacramental life of the Church in a welcoming and supportive community.

Depending on your individual circumstances, you may prepare to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Communion, as well as First Reconciliation when appropriate. Through these sacraments, participants are fully welcomed into the life of the Church and strengthened to live as faithful disciples of Christ.
