Desktop Instructions:

You will receive an invitation email from [email protected] with the subject line “New User Profile Created”.

If you do not see this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

1. Click the link in the email: https://standrewcc.ccbchurch.com/goto/login
2. Use the provided email as your username or create a unique one
3. Create and verify your password
4. This will bring you to your ChMS Home Page
5. Click on the “People” tab on the left-hand menu
6. Select “People Search”
7. Enter your legal name in the search bar
8. If your name does not appear, try searching by last name only
9. Click on your name to open your profile
10. Select “ABOUT” to view your information
11. Click “Edit Profile”

• First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number and Carrier
• Accurate Mailing Address
• Birthdate (used to determine minor status)
• Marital Status
• Gender

• Create a unique profile for your spouse and dependent children if not already listed
• Verify the same information categories for each family member
• For children, a birthdate is required to ensure proper privacy protection (visible only to you and Virtus-compliant staff)
• Use the preferred phone number and email for receiving serving schedules and announcements

Once you have completed verification for you and your family, feel free to explore the system. There is nothing you can do that will harm the system. If you happen to find something that doesn’t work correctly, please let us know—we appreciate your help!
