STARTING THE PATH

Families are encouraged not to approach Confirmation simply because their teen has reached a specific grade level, but to prayerfully consider whether this is the right time in your teen’s faith journey. Confirmation is not a graduation from faith—it’s a strengthening of it.  If your child is ready to take this step and your family is committed to the preparation process, we welcome you.  At St. Andrew, we take the process of discipleship very seriously. Only active parishioners who regularly attend Mass and participate in parish life may register for sacrament preparation. IS MY TEEN READY?

Parents are the first and most important teachers of the faith. Throughout Confirmation preparation, your presence, encouragement, and example are essential—not just helpful but expected. Your active involvement helps form not only your child's understanding of the sacrament but also their lifelong relationship with Christ and His Church.
